Personal
I was raised in Indiana and recently returned to the Midwest after living most of my adult life in Texas. My husband and I have two adult children, one grandchild, and a rescue pup who thinks she is in charge, but we all know it’s the grandbaby who’s running the show. It doesn’t happen as often as I would like, but one of my favorite things is having our family all together. We enjoy doing puzzles, watching favorite movies, and eating good food. I love spending time with our grandson, traveling, reading, and baking.
Professional
Your life may feel like an unpredictable roller coaster ride right now. I want to meet you exactly where you are and journey with you through whatever twists or turns you may be experiencing. C.S. Lewis said, “You can’t go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending.” Change is possible. It is possible to not only heal and grow, but to thrive. My goal is for clients to feel empowered by our work together to find solutions for the aspects of their lives that are not working and to enrich those that are functioning well. My approach is client-centered, and through the lens of Attachment Theory, I focus on the balance between physical, emotional, and spiritual health. I look forward to meeting you and hearing your story.
