Certified Brain Health Coach – Amen Clinics

After receiving my bachelor’s in Marketing and Management and working in the corporate world, I then completed graduate school. I hold a Master of Arts in Christian Counseling and I am pursuing licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist. I enjoy working with couples, families, and counsel both men and women individually as well. Much of the work I do with clients focuses on working through anxiety, depression, shame, addiction, emotional regulation, communication, infidelity, conflict management, improving marital intimacy, and more.

BCIA Didactic Bootcamp (Neurofeedback)

Originally from Florida, I spent 11 years in Chicago, three in Charlotte, and now permanently reside in Minnesota. My wife and I have been married for over 14 years and have four children. Due to my developmental experiences, I am motivated to work with youth, individuals, families and couples in coping with all that life throws at us and helping others find calm in the chaos of relationships. In my free time, I take joy in several hobbies including playing guitar, woodworking, photography and sports. I was a collegiate gymnast and to this day continue to enjoy not only the mental challenge of sports, but the friendly relationships built through competition.
