Feeling bogged down by life's challenges?

Stress can be brought on by any number of situations or thoughts that makes you feel angry, frustrated or anxious. Tolerance for stress varies from person to person.

Anxiety is a feeling of apprehension or fear. It is not always easy to identify the source, which further adds to the anxiety you are already experiencing.
